Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery in a Remote Massachusetts context. You will shape technology strategy for outpatient care, integrating Epic workflows and external data to improve patient outcomes while reducing administrative burden.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, and data scientists to deliver scalable, clinically sound solutions with a focus on safety and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (specifically Epic).
• Track Record partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, and/or value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways.

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare delivery leadership to collaborate on end-to-end care models to ensure the execution of efficient and safe care delivery in an outpatient setting, while also reducing administrative burden for the care team.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner for CVS HCD business stakeholders as they define the 'why' and the 'what' for care model strategy.
• Drive cross-functional technology teams that surface the how - technology solutions to enable care model strategy and drive end-to-end execution of technology products.
• Establish shared outcome metrics with business leaders, ensuring all technology investments directly drive improved clinical quality, patient experience, and financial performance.
