CVS Health in remote Massachusetts is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery to shape the technology roadmap for outpatient care platforms, including clinical documentation and in-clinic/virtual encounters.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and designers to translate clinical vision into scalable roadmaps that improve patient outcomes while controlling costs.

Formación

• Executive presence to influence senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
• Hands-on Epic EHR experience and translating requirements into Epic builds.
• Strong knowledge of Value-Based Care (VBC) and Fee-for-Service (FFS) environments.
• Track record leading cross-functional tech teams to deliver clinical interventions.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with care delivery leadership to define end-to-end care models and optimize patient and provider experience.
• Serve as strategic partner for CVS HCD stakeholders on care model strategy.
• Drive cross-functional tech teams to execute technology solutions for care models.
• Establish metrics linking tech investments to clinical quality and financial outcomes.
• Lead teams of product managers, Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists, and designers.
• Translate broad ideas into Epic builds and robust tech architectures.
• Ensure end-to-end design and integration between external data and Epic workflows.
• Maintain accountability across the technology lifecycle from discovery to outcomes.
