Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery in a remote Massachusetts setting. You will guide technology strategy for core clinical care products, including documentation and in-clinic/virtual encounters, while partnering with executives to optimize patient outcomes and cost of care.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, and data scientists to translate clinical vision into scalable

Qualifications

• Executive presence to communicate with senior stakeholders and frontline staff.
• Hands-on Epic EHR workflow experience and translating requirements into build.
• Deep knowledge of Value-Based Care and Fee-for-Service models.
• Track record leading cross-functional teams to deliver clinical tech interventions.
• Strong accountability and problem-framing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic partnerships to design end-to-end care models and reduce care team burden.
• Drive cross-functional teams to translate vision into scalable clinical tech roadmaps.
• Ensure Epic integration and real-time insights across external/internal data sources.
• Establish outcome metrics linking technology investments to quality and cost.
• Mentor a high-performing product team and foster a collaborative culture.
• Oversee lifecycle from discovery to deployment with measurable results.
