Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery in a remote Massachusetts role. You will shape technology roadmaps for core care delivery products, lead a multidisciplinary team including Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists and designers, and translate clinical vision into scalable technology roadmaps that optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
• Proven track record partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, and value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and care pathways.

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare delivery leadership to define care model strategy and ensure safe, efficient outpatient care, reducing administrative burden for the care team.
• Drive cross-functional technology teams to surface how to enable care model strategy and end-to-end tech product execution.
• Establish shared outcome metrics with business leaders, ensuring investments improve clinical quality, patient experience, and financial performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to build end-to-end clinical technology pathways that reduce costs while improving patient experience and outcomes.
• Oversee transformation of ideas into actionable specifications and robust Epic/technology architectures.
• Ensure smooth integration between external data sources and internal Epic workflows to provide real-time clinical insights.
