Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery. Remote role based in Massachusetts, reporting to the Senior Medical Director of Clinical Informatics & Digital Product.
You will guide product strategy and build scalable Epic-enabled clinical workflows to improve outpatient care. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and partner with clinical leaders to optimize patient outcomes and reduce total cost of care while ensuring safety and patient
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and Epic implementation.
- Proven history with primary care networks, retail clinics, and value-based care programs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clinical and business leaders to define care model strategy and drive end-to-end technology execution.
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate clinical vision into scalable technology roadmaps and Epic architectures.
- Accountable for end-to-end technology design and implementation, integrating external data with Epic workflows.
