CVS Health seeks a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery to shape strategy and execution of core clinical care delivery products, including documentation, in-clinic and virtual encounters, and care coordination. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team across PMs, Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to deliver safe, high-quality outpatient care.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree/clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership spanning healthcare operations, clinical tech product management, and Epic implementation.
- Track record: partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, and value-based care orgs to improve medical cost trends.
Responsabilidades
- Strategic business partnership and care model integration to enable safe, efficient outpatient care.
- Lead cross-functional tech teams to translate clinical vision into scalable Epic/tech roadmaps.
- Oversee end-to-end technology design, requirements, and architecture for care delivery.
