Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery Products in a remote Massachusetts setting. You will lead technology strategy and execution across clinical documentation, in‑clinic and virtual encounters, and care‑team coordination, partnering with clinical and operations leaders to improve patient outcomes.
You’ll manage a multidisciplinary team including product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers
Qualifications
- Executive presence to influence senior stakeholders
- Deep Epic EHR expertise and healthcare tech know‑how
- Strong operations, value‑based care, and FFS understanding
- Proven track record leading cross‑functional teams to scale clinical tech interventions
Responsibilities
- Strategize and lead end‑to‑end care delivery technology initiatives
- Partner with clinical and business leaders to shape care model strategy
- Drive cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable Epic/tech architectures
- Establish shared metrics tying technology investments to outcomes
