Job summary

Healthcare Services Group is hiring a Certified Dietary Manager to lead the dining department at a long-term care facility. You will oversee food service quality, inventory, and staff leadership while ensuring compliance with menus and local regulations.

The role requires CDM certification and an Associate’s degree in food service management or higher. Two years of supervisory experience is preferred; residency within the service area is required.

Qualifications

• CDM certification required.
• Associate degree or higher in food service management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the food service program at a single site to ensure high quality dining.
• Lead and train the food service team to meet safety and quality standards.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, inventories, personnel, and equipment; use HCSG software.
• Ensure compliance with menus, regulations, and HCSG policies.
• Communicate directives from clients and administrators to staff.
• Maintain sanitary conditions and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Represent HCSG positively in interactions with staff and residents.
