Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) invites you to lead the dining department as Certified Dietary Manager at a long-term care facility. You will guide the food service team, ensure safety and quality, and manage records using HCSG software.

The role requires CDM certification, a related degree, and experience in quantity food production and supervision. Strong communication and reliability are essential; residency in the service area is required.

Qualifications

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification required.
• Two years of experience in quantity food production/service and supervision preferred.
• Associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the food service team to meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of income, expenditures, food supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Conduct staff training and quality control, and perform roles as needed.
