Responsibilities

• Coordinate meal prep by assigning kitchen duties and monitoring workflow.
• Manage menus and nutrition to meet residents' dietary needs and preferences.
• Control food costs, waste, portion sizes, and preparation methods.
• Manage inventory and purchasing within budget; inspect deliveries for quality.
• Address resident concerns and dining feedback to improve the dining experience.
• Monitor budgets and departmental expenditures; ensure accurate financial records.
• Provide hands-on support with food prep, serving, and kitchen duties as needed.
