Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of DFT architectures and optimizations.
• Own ATPG tools and methodologies for pattern generation.
• Evaluate design readiness for scan insertion through RTL and physical design checks.
• Integrate and verify DFT fabrics within Subsystems.
• Run and debug gate level simulations.
• Develop test scripts and automate processes using programming languages.
