Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience working with ASICs.
• 10+ years of experience in scan insertion and DFT integration.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and optimization of DFT architectures.
• Own ATPG tools and methodologies.
• Develop test scripts and automate processes.

Skills

ASIC design expertise

Programming in Perl/Python/Tcl/C++

Leadership in SOC DFT execution

Education
