Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group leads design and construction for mission critical, advanced industries, and data center projects across the U.S. You will drive design coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP teams while ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality meet contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to convey complex design concepts clearly.
• Experience coordinating architectural, structural, MEP disciplines and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Interpret RFPs and develop work plans in collaboration with preconstruction and operations teams.
• Create conceptual plans, elevations, and 3D models to support proposals and win strategies.
• Manage design consultants and ensure schedule and technical requirements are met.
• Lead design review process and identify risks and opportunities during design phase.
