Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer to lead national long-span and complex bridge projects. You will direct multi-discipline design teams, perform advanced analysis and design, and provide construction support. Sign and seal documents as required, ensuring compliance with codes and client expectations.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in structural engineering or a related discipline.
PE License with ability to obtain license in multiple states; SE license desirable.
15+ years of professional experience including Engineer of Record or Lead Engineer responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Represent Jacobs' technical capabilities in long span and complex bridges across locations.
Lead staff for engineering analysis, design and development of contract documents for long span/complex bridges.
Sign and seal contract documents; ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
Guide best practice; mentor staff; lead multi-disciplinary design teams.
