Qualifications

• 6+ years in planning, scheduling, and managing deep foundation operations.
• 3+ years as a superintendent.
• Broad knowledge of ground improvement and SOE operations.
• Experience with foundation equipment and troubleshooting.
• Ability to learn Kiewit's policies and work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and grow Jr. Superintendents.
• Review labor rates and manage subcontractor coordination.
• Manage contract administration and field meetings.
• Develop client relations on site.
• Oversee project cost updates and cash flow projections.
• Review and negotiate change orders.
• Plan project completion and turnover.
• Maintain daily project diary.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Propose organizational or procedural improvements.
