Job summary

Kiewit Foundations Co. is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations for North America's major projects. You will set expectations for safety, quality, schedule, and cost, while mentoring crews and coordinating with field engineers and subcontractors.

Candidates must have a strong background in deep foundations and geotechnical construction, plus excellent communication for teamwork. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in planning, scheduling and management of deep foundation and/or ground improvement operations.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience as a superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of foundation/ground improvement equipment and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers and manage safety, quality, and schedule adherence for Deep Foundation projects.
• Liaison between field engineering and craft to ensure drawings and specs compliance.
• Coordinate with other superintendents, subcontractors, and Kiewit staff to ensure smooth workflow and schedule adherence.
• Resolve employee conflicts and scheduling difficulties, informing project management as appropriate.
• Assist in schedule planning, determining labor levels, materials, and equipment requirements.
