Job summary

Kiewit Foundations Co. is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on major geotechnical projects across North America. You will set safety, quality, schedule, and cost expectations while mentoring crews and coordinating with client teams.

The role requires deep foundation and ground-improvement expertise, strong communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in planning, scheduling, and management of deep foundation operations.
• 3+ years supervising as a superintendent.
• Expertise in ground improvement and deep foundation methods.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop Jr. Superintendents.
• Review and approve labor rates for foremen and crew.
• Manage contract administration and field communications.
• Develop client relations and problem resolution meetings.
• Oversee monthly cost updates and cash flow projections.
• Review and approve change orders.
• Plan for project completion and turnover.
• Maintain daily diary.
• Ensure timely performance evaluations.
• Recommend organizational and procedural improvements.
• Review and approve promotions.
