Job summary

Kiewit Foundations Co is seeking a Superintendent to directly manage field operations and set high expectations for safety, quality, schedule, and cost. The role requires a strong technical background in specialty foundations and geotechnical construction, plus excellent teamwork and communication.

You will work on North America’s large and unique projects, mentoring crews and coordinating with clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of planning, scheduling, and management of deep foundation/ground improvement.
• 3+ years as a superintendent supervising field operations.
• Strong organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior superintendents and oversee field crews.
• Review labor rates and manage subcontractor communications.
• Develop client relations and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Oversee cost updates, cash flow projections, and change orders.
• Plan project completion, turnover, and site documentation.
