Job summary

Kiewit Foundations Co. is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations, setting safety, quality, schedule, and cost expectations. The role requires hands-on leadership on major geotechnical projects across North America and strong communication within a team.

The candidate should bring deep knowledge of foundation and ground improvement techniques, along with experience in equipment, safety, and client relations. Travel and on-site supervision are expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, and management of deep foundation and/or ground improvement operations.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience as a superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of ground improvement techniques and deep foundation methods.
• Experience with foundation/ground improvement equipment and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and grow Jr. Superintendents.
• Review and approve labor rates for crews.
• Manage subcontractor and field management communications.
