Job summary

Kiewit Foundations Co. seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations, uphold safety, quality, and schedule, and develop crew performance on major geotechnical projects.

You will apply deep foundation and ground improvement expertise, supervise diverse crews, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to drive project success. Strong communication and leadership are essential for on-site efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of planning, scheduling, and management of deep foundation and/or ground improvement operations.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience as a superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of ground improvement techniques and SOE operations; experience in pile driving, drilled shafts, and other foundations.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and help grow Jr. Superintendents.
• Review and approve labor rates for Foremen, journeymen and laborers.
• Manage contract administration and field communications.
• Develop client relations on site and attend meetings for problem resolution.
