Kiewit Foundations Co is seeking a Mid Level Superintendent to lead field operations on major geotechnical projects. You will set safety, quality, schedule, and cost expectations, and mentor crews on site. The role requires a strong technical background in specialty foundations, excellent communication, and teamwork to deliver complex projects across North America. This full-time on-site position offers growth within a leading foundations division.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be a self-starter and highly motivated with minimal supervision.
• Strong safety discipline and ability to mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and grow Jr. Superintendents.
• Review and approve labor rates and subcontracting plans.
• Manage contract administration and client relations on site.
• Develop plans for project completion and turnover and maintain daily records.
