Job summary

Kiewit Foundations Co. is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on geotechnical projects across North America. You will set safety, quality, schedule, and cost expectations while mentoring crews and coordinating with engineers and subcontractors.

Exceptional knowledge of deep foundations, soils and ground improvement techniques is required, along with strong communication and leadership skills to guide teams and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing deep foundation operations.
• 5+ years supervisory experience as a superintendent.
• Experience with drills, concrete pumps, batch plants.
• Strong safety, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with field engineering and craft teams to ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Interface with other superintendents and subcontractors to maintain workflow and schedule adherence.
• Resolve conflicts and assist in schedule planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOE operations and safety programs.
