Job summary

Crate and Barrel in Kittery, ME seeks a Team Leader to drive customer experience, coach sales associates, and support store operations. You will recruit, train, and mentor associates, including holiday hiring, while promoting exceptional in-store service and brand presentation.

Responsibilities include leading the team on the sales floor, delivering feedback, training on product knowledge, and managing scheduling and performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Full-Time availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload as determined with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on performance and maintain a strong visible presence in the department/work area.
• Support development for the designated team to encourage professional growth.
• Provide timely feedback about performance and share observations with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, visual, policies and procedures.
• Promote sales as they pertain to the Leader On Duty role and monitor store activity.
