• Experience in residential construction (On-Your-Lot or scattered lot building)
• Managing 8–10 projects concurrently
• 4+ years proven operations & project leadership in New Construction
• Strong communication with customers/owners and team

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers & subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Construction site management from design & preconstruction through CO.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining quality construction.
