TradeLink Solutions Company is seeking a Project Manager - Superintendent for New Custom-Home Construction in Statesville/Charlotte NC. You will oversee site operations from pre-con through completion, coordinating with clients and trade partners.

• Experience in residential construction, preferably on-your-lot or scattered-lot.
• Proven track record of leading multiple projects (8–10) simultaneously.
• Strong communication with customers/owners.
• Demonstrated team-building and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers to ensure highest satisfaction.
• Oversee construction site management from pre-con to completion.
• Negotiate with contractors and vendors; manage site development and production.
• Regulate budgets and control job costs.
