• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and company programs.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead delivering high-quality custom framing solutions on time.
• Achieve KPIs and manage framing team to meet role KPIs.
• Review workload, plan sales floor time, and manage inventory processes.
• Oversee shrink and safety programs; act as MOD.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members.
