Job summary

• Basic computer skills
• Experience in leading a sales team is a plus
• Retail management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors
• Lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time
• Achieve KPIs and manage framing team to meet their targets
• Oversee inventory, shrink, and safety programs
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and support talent development
