Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time.
• Achieve KPIs and manage the framing team to meet KPI targets.
• Review sales and production workload and build plans.
• Manage inventory and shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Interview, onboard, coach, and train new team members; support talent development.
• Partner with MODs on framing expectations and customer service.
