Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Deliver high-quality custom framing solutions on time by planning workload.
• Achieve KPIs and manage the framing team’s KPI performance.
• Review sales and production workload and plan sales floor time.
• Manage inventory and shrink/safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding and training of new team members.
