Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the framing team to meet KPI and provide excellent customer service.
• Plan workload with Store Manager to deliver custom framing projects on time.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs within the store.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) when needed and assist with interviews and training.
