Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers and drive custom framing sales.
• Assist customers in creating framing solutions.
• Plan workload with Store Manager and achieve KPIs.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
• Participate in interview, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
