Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience or experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOP adherence and policy execution.
• Develop and coach team selling behaviors.
• Lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers.
• Achieve KPIs and manage framing team KPI’s.
• Plan workload with Store Manager to meet deadlines and sales goals.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
