Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOP adherence and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements; hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time by planning workload in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Achieve KPIs and manage the framing team to reach their KPI targets.
• Review sales and production workload and build plans and sales floor time for networking; manage inventory and shrink and safety programs.
