Michaels in Toms River, NJ is seeking a Retail Framing Manager to lead a team of framers, build customer relationships and deliver high-quality custom framing solutions. You will coach selling behaviors, plan workload with the Store Manager and ensure SOPs and safety programs are followed.

The role focuses on achieving framing KPIs, managing inventory and participating in talent development, while supporting omni-channel processes in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team in a retail environment.
• Preferred experience in framing or art-related product lines.
• Ability to follow SOPs and company programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and plan workload with the Store Manager.
• Ensure high-quality framing on time and manage inventory, shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and participate in interviewing, onboarding and coaching new team members.
• Support omni-channel processes and assist with truck unloading and stocking.
