Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers, focusing on customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and plan workload with Store Manager.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs; participate in Talent Development.
