Job summary

Michaels NWK-FLEMINGTON, NJ is seeking a Store Lead/Framing Supervisor to guide a team of framers, drive custom framing sales, and ensure excellent customer experiences. You will coach staff, manage workflow, and partner with the Store Manager to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers who focus on building customer relationships while creating a framing solution for their art.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors to improve conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Leads the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to our customers on time by planning workload in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Achieve your KPI’s and manage the framing team to achieve their role KPI’s.
• Review sales and production workload and build plans and sales floor time for networking and customer engagement.
• Manage and execute the inventory management processes as assigned and oversee shrink and safety programs.
