Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships and create framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, observing and training new team members; support Talent Development activities.
• Partner with Store Manager to plan workload, manage inventory, and ensure SOPs and policies are followed.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and participate in performance management and safety programs.
