Responsibilities

• Lead CSR/Teller activities in Lakewood FC; supervise CSR line as needed.

• Execute bank operations, balancing records and policy compliance.
• Maintain sales referrals and cross-sell bank products.
• Promote customer satisfaction and protect confidentiality.
