Job summary

Shinesty, Inc. is seeking a Lead Creative Strategist to own paid creative across our campaigns. You’ll define the creative roadmap, lead testing, and guide in-house teams and partner agencies to produce high-performing ads across Meta, YouTube, and more.

You’ll combine humor with rigorous analytics, turning ideas into testable assets and scaling winners. A true player/coach, you’ll script, direct, and ship top ads while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paid creative strategy or growth marketing for a DTC or e-commerce brand.
• Experience leading both in-house teams and agencies.
• Ability to design and execute a full creative pipeline from concept to test to scale.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the paid creative roadmap across campaigns, formats and hooks.
• Build and manage a testing system with hypotheses, metrics and cadence.
• Lead in-house creatives and agencies, providing clear briefs and feedback.
• Analyze performance data and translate findings into next tests and bets.
• Collaborate with photographers, designers, editors and media buyers to move concepts to live ads.
