Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years in paid creative strategy for a DTC or ecommerce brand.
• Proven ability to lead in-house teams and manage external agencies.
• Strong quantitative skills; able to read analytics and turn data into tests.
• Excellent writing and storytelling in Shinesty's voice.

Responsibilities
