Job summary

Shinesty, Inc. is seeking a Lead Creative Strategist to own paid creative across Meta and other channels, shaping what gets made, why, when, and how it scales. You’ll report to the co-founder and CMO and lead in-house teams and partner agencies.

This role blends ideas with analytics: you’ll run the testing pipeline, craft scripts, and personally ship top ads. If you love data as much as humor and can turn insights into tests, this is for you.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paid creative strategy or related field.
• Experience managing agencies and direct reports.
• Strong track record in performance marketing and scaling campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative roadmap: prioritize products, angles, formats, and hooks.
• Concept new ads from scratch and write scripts in Shinesty's voice.
• Build a real testing system with hypotheses, variables, and cadence.
• Read analytics to identify what's scaling and what isn’t, then act.
• Lead in-house producers, designers, editors, and agencies; review concepts and cuts.
• Ship ads yourself and push ideas through to live campaigns.
