Trend Capital Holdings, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Creative Strategist to own the growth of scalable ad creatives across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and more. You will translate data into winning concepts with direct-response hooks and iterative testing.

You'll lead copywriting, development, and AI-assisted production to push campaigns from idea to scale, measuring impact with dashboards and relentless experimentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with direct-response advertising and proven ability to write copy that converts.
• Ability to analyze campaign data, derive insights, and apply learnings to scale performance.
• Proficiency with AI tools for research, writing, and production.
• Wosterskill: high-agency, self-starter with systems thinking.

Responsibilities

• Write ad scripts based on direct-response fundamentals to convert traffic profitably.
• Drive iteration and scaling of winning ads; manage the pipeline through Notion to launch.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, Higgsfield, ChatGPT) to research, write, and produce assets.
• Own performance metrics and adjust creative strategy based on dashboards and data.
