Job summary

Shinesty, Inc. seeks a Lead Creative Strategist to own paid creative across channels, shaping what gets made, why, and in what order. You’ll lead in‑house producers and agencies, set the creative roadmap, and personally script and ship top ads. You’ll live in analytics, testing, and bold, humorous concepts that scale.

You’ll manage a player/coach team, use Northbeam dashboards, and collaborate with photographers, editors, and media buyers to move ideas from brief to live ad.

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years in paid creative strategy, growth creative, or performance marketing for a DTC or ecommerce brand.
• Proven ability to manage agencies and direct reports while producing high‑impact ads.
• Strong proficiency with creative analytics, KPIs, and data‑driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative roadmap and prioritize the paid creative pipeline across products, angles, formats, and hooks.
• Concept new ads from scratch, write scripts and copy in Shinesty's voice, and test quickly.
• Build a real testing system with hypotheses, variables, and a cadence for fresh creative.
• Read analytics to identify scaling opportunities and diagnose underperformers at the component level.
• Lead in‑house producers, designers, editors, and agencies; manage briefs, feedback, and budgets.
• Ship ads personally and leverage AI tools to accelerate testing and production.
