Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in performance marketing / creative strategy / paid social.
• Proven experience creating ads that convert.
• Strong understanding of direct-response marketing, hook development, and UGC video ads.
• Experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Lead generation funnels.
• Ability to produce and iterate creatives quickly and consistently.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable working with small budgets and performance constraints.
• Hands-on with Adobe Suite / CapCut / Canva; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative strategies for paid social campaigns focused on lead generation.
• Write high-converting scripts, hooks, and ad copy for home service customers.
• Create and iterate video ad concepts (problem → solution → trust → CTA).
• Build and manage creative testing frameworks (A/B testing; hooks, angles, formats).
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize creatives accordingly.
• Collaborate with editors and UGC creators to produce creatives at scale.
• Leverage AI tools to increase output and speed.
• Adapt winning DTC-style creatives into local service, high-intent ads.
• Collaborate with PPC team to align creative with campaign performance.
