Deckers Brands’ HOKA is seeking a Lead Writer to own long-form and campaign copy, transforming product innovation and athlete stories into compelling ideas. The role collaborates with design and creative leadership to define narrative direction and ensure a consistent, authentic voice across channels.

The ideal candidate has a robust portfolio, 9+ years in advertising or in-house creative environments, and a passion for performance lifestyle brands.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and creative leaders to concept and define the narrative and copy direction for HOKA campaigns and brand initiatives
• Brainstorm, craft, and present bold creative concepts and storytelling that spark emotion, capture attention, and drive measurable impact
• Translate strategy and creative briefs into engaging copy concepts, narratives, and messaging that connect with runners, hikers, and movers of all kinds
• Create and shape stories across digital channels—digital campaigns, site updates, social media—ensuring every touchpoint reflects HOKA’s unique voice
• Craft retail, experiential narratives, and product-focused videos that turn moments of discovery into lasting brand connections
• Collaborate across teams to elevate athlete and product stories that celebrate performance, possibility, and the joy of movement
• Serve as a champion of the HOKA voice, ensuring communications reflect the brand's personality, values, and storytelling principles
• Develop deep expertise in HOKA product language, innovation stories, and messaging frameworks to ensure consistent communication of product benefits and technologies across channels
• Apply a deep understanding of running, outdoor, and lifestyle culture to ensure brand and product storytelling feels authentic, relevant, and connected to the communities HOKA serves

Formation

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
