Deckers Brands (HOKA) seeks a Director, Creative Copywriting to define and scale the brand's voice across global campaigns. Remote US with West Coast preference, reporting to the Sr. Director, Creative - Global HOKA.

You will lead a team of writers, collaborate with cross-functional leaders, integrate AI into copy workflows, and ensure consistent storytelling that resonates with running culture and lifestyle audiences.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience in advertising, brand marketing, or editorial roles.
• Experience leading a Copy/Editorial or Brand storytelling function.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic insight and global storytelling.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve HOKA’s global brand voice and storytelling.
• Lead narrative for global and product campaigns.
• Establish messaging architectures and verbal systems.
• Manage a high-performing team of writers.
• Partner with senior leaders across Brand, Product, Marketing and Regions.
• Embed AI thinking into copy workflows.
