With 9+ years in agency or in-house creative environments, you’ll champion the HOKA voice, drive bold concepts, and collaborate across teams to deliver authentic, performance-focused messaging that resonates with communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 9+ years in an advertising agency or in-house creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and creative leaders to define narrative and copy direction for campaigns.
• Brainstorm and present bold concepts that spark emotion and drive impact.
