Summit is seeking an experienced cook supervisor for a correctional facility kitchen in West Chester, PA. You will coordinate and supervise the work of staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include training staff in food service and sanitation, ensuring meals start on time, and maintaining quality in portion, appearance, and temperature. This full-time, on-site role offers a benefits package and room for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising a team in a kitchen setting.

Responsibilities
