Summit is seeking an experienced cook supervisor for its Corrections team in Ann Arbor, MI. You will coordinate and supervise the work of kitchen staff to ensure efficient service, high quality meals, and strict adherence to safety and sanitary standards.

You will train and instruct employees in all aspects of food preparation, cooking techniques, portion control, and presentation, while maintaining pace in a fast‑paced environment and supervising a team to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in high-volume settings.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience supervising a team and providing training.
• Friendly, helpful customer service mindset and product knowledge.

Responsibilities
