Job summary

Summit is seeking an experienced Cook Supervisor to oversee a corrections kitchen in Minnesota. You will coordinate staff, ensure meals meet quality, portion, and safety standards, and maintain a fast-paced workflow.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of culinary experience in high-volume settings, strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. Food handling certification is preferred, with opportunities for growth within Elior North America.

Qualifications
